editor: rotating images is laggy

Describe the bug When opening the image editor and choosing rotating, rotating is very laggy

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open a image
  2. Open the editor
  3. choose rotate

Expected behavior It should be fluent

Actual behavior It lags

  • OS: Windows
  • Browser Chromium based
  • Version 110

Additional context Tested with stable25 branch on 02.03.2023
