using environment variables: Provide logout-url

When using environment variables there is no possibility to logout for the user. It would be nice to have a text-field where one can specify an URL that leads to the logout service , e.g. https://cloud.example.com/Shibboleth.sso/Logout. This would help to integrate a generic shibboleth-sp proxy.
