add CURL login options for IMAP

Fixes #153

Changes proposed in this pull request:

  • add one IMAP config parameter
  • allows to choose IMAP login options

@violoncelloCH sorry for closing #176, merge was too messy to continue. That is reason for opening it again as #196 . I know v.3.0.0 has priority, nevertheless please take look at it, I think it is usefull when CURL authorization autodetection fails.
