Have "Escape" work in .txt files or have a pop-up mentioning how to exit

Hi, this might be trivial but for a first user the way to exit a .txt file is not intuitive from the keyboard. The focus is on a text editor and the normal ESC button does not work. The editor should either accept "Escape" as a button, or there should be a toaster notification for the user, like "Press SHIFT+ALT, ESC to close this editor". Thank you.

Pressing ESC definitely works and closes the Text editor 🤔

@provokateurin just tested and when you open a file and press escape right after, so without typing anything else before and without using the mouse to click somewhere, it doesn't. Can you see that as well?
