Drag and drop for table rows

I often need to re-order rows (and less often columns) in Tables in Collectives

Describe the solution you'd like I would like to be able to drag and drop a row, as can be done in GDocs

Describe alternatives you've considered I currently have to

1. create a new row
2. move the content one cell at a time to the new row
3. delete the old row

Additional context Apologies if this already requested, I couldn't find it.

Thanks for the suggestion @JonathanDHolden. I'll move the issue to the Text app repository, as that's the editor collectives is using and where the feature needs to be implemented.
