Inserting link previews/images into callout/blockquote/codeblock splits it

Describe the bug Inserting a link preview

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a callout/blockquote/codeblock
2. Insert a link via the smart picker

Expected behavior I guess the expected behaviour would be to display the inserted image/preview inside the block element.
