Support del and ins tags to suggest changes to a document

Is your feature request related to a problem? When suggesting a change to a document the only option seems to be to use strikethrough but this does not work in all situations e.g. you can't strike through bold text 🤷. Also the suggested insertion isn't highlighted.

Describe the solution you'd like The html way to do this track change like thing seems to be to use <del></del> and <ins></ins> tags https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTML/Element/del
