Translate modal: Cannot select source language unless source text is clicked

Describe the bug

The source language dropdown is disabled by default. Only when clicking the source text field the dropdown menu becomes active.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Write some longer text
2. Click on ... -> Translate
3. Try clicking on "Detect language"

Actual behaviour

The dropdown is disabled.

Expected behavior

The dropdown menu to select the source language should be active.
