In tables right and middle alignment conflict with the buttons in the table head

When aligning a column to the middle the heading is not aligned with the other rows because it makes room for the three dot buttons. Same for right alignment:

With the middle this might just be a question of html / css layout so the dots don't take away space from the center alignment. Maybe we could add an invisible element of the same size on the other side even.

With right alignment i see two options:

• move the ... buttons out of the way - either to left or in front of the text
• leave empty room on the right in the rows below as well.

Alternatively we could also only show the 3 dots if the heading is selected.
