Add keyboard shortcut to toggle table of contents

It would be nice to have a keyboard shortcut that can be used to toggle the visibility of the table of contents

I've found a reference on Google Docs

Show outline | holding Ctrl + Alt, press a then h

Unfortunately it not works on my machine, it conflicts with Gnome 😞
