implement option to chose colors for tags

Color codes help to quickly understand list views. Assigning colors to task should be a highly useful improvement.

Describe the solution you'd like

This is how asana handles setting tag color. I think they did a great job. A long press on a tag could overlay the Set Color selection showing a selection of default colors, which work for dark and light mode. Once set all tags in task list use the color set of the corresponding tag.
