Creating tasks with [URIs with fragments] in their titles causes the URI fragment to be stripped and converted into a tag, with that tag applied to the task.
Steps to reproduce
Create a task with the undermentioned title:

Expected behavior
The fragment should not be stripped, and no tag should be created, much less applied to the created task.
Actual behaviour
Tasks with URIs with fragments (#) in their titles:
- Automatically add the fragment's content as a tag, and apply that tag to the task.
- Strip the fragment from the URI.
