Add persistent Views

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I'm using tags to to filter issues based on context state etc and would like a more condensed view for specific contexts (e.g. one page for work tasks that are due in the next 7 days etc)

Describe the solution you'd like

I'd like to be able to create "Views" that are persisted and are nested under the List in the UI. A view is basically just a saved filter + sorting configuration, just as can be done at the moment.

Describe alternatives you've considered

I played around with an userscript, but that's no real solution.
