[Feature Request] Filter tasks by Status

Actually it's not possible to filter tasks by status.

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like to filter tasks by status (e.g. NEEDS-ACTION, IN PROCESS, COMPLETED) so I can focus only on tasks that are "Work In Progress" and filter out the tasks that I think I will start later. The android app OpenTasks (not developed anymore) had this kind of filter.

Describe alternatives you've considered

• A workaround would be to write the status as a tag so it could be filtered out with the new tags filter. This would be less than ideal as it will increase the number of tags used and will make the interface more clogged.

• Another solution could be to implement smart collections (e.g. a section on the left) based on the status.
