[FeatureRequest] Add possibility to quickly move task up and down

For manual sorting mode and many tasks in the list it would be benefitial ti quickly move a task with all it's subtasks to the top or bottom of a task list.

I totally agree. It would also be nice if we could choose to add the task to the bottom or top when creating a new task (should i open a new issue for that?)
