Markdown tables are not rendered unlike in desktop client

Steps to reproduce

1. Write a message containing a Markdown table.

Expected behaviour

The markdown should be rendered as a table.

Actual behaviour

The table source code is printed as written in plain text.

Device: 11" iPad with M4 (2024)

iOS version: 18

Talk version: 20.1.1

Server information

Corporate instance.
