gif support similar to imessage and whatsapp

I would love to see a gif button added, similar to what is available in imessage and whatsapp, for quick giphy gif insertion. Hopefully it wouldn't be too big of a job. :)

This feature is already in the roadmap. It will be added in one of the next releases. Related to #189

Will this feature be implemented in near future (it's here more than 2,5 year) or it's not being talked about? Would be nice to see it, would bring more life to chat experience. I would add that maybe also folder dedicated to storing gifs which would be created automatically or selected by user where all sent gifs would be stored and u could pic from them or download another one from Tenor or other gif provider. :)
