Mobile iOS with 2 SIM cards has issues during call via Talk
Steps to reproduce
- Keep 2 SIM cards activated
- Participate in a call on Talk
Expected behaviour
Should hear and be heard by other participants in the call.
Actual behaviour
Not heard by some participants and heard by others.
If I leave the call and Talk app, disable one of the two SIM cards, open Talk app and join the call again, I can hear and be heard by all the participants.

Device: iPhone 12
iOS version: 18.1.1
Talk version: Nextcloud-Talk v20.0.2
Server information
Nextcloud version: 29.0.0
Talk version: 19
Custom Signaling server configured: yes version 2.0.0
Custom TURN server configured: yes Coturn-4.6.2
Custom STUN server configured: yes

thanks for opening the issue and providing the details, especially to the WebRTC bug. We are going to take a look later this week and try a few things.
