Bug download file from APP

I have a problem sending a file to my chat partner. When I try to download a file from a chat, it takes me to a web browser and prompts me to download the file. Is there a way to fix this problem? So that the file is downloaded directly from the app, not through the web browser.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create Chat
  2. Send any file to your interlocutor
  3. When you download a file, web browser is launched and open window to upload the file.
