Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Electron's flags can be set via a config file. This would be a nice addition to use nextcloud-talk natively under wayland with for example the --ozone-platform-hint=auto flag.

Describe the solution you'd like nextcloud-talk should be able to read from a config file.
