Client isn't using notification action link in native system notifications

Talk Desktop Client uses notification link when it shows a native system notification, not notification action link: image As root link should not be modified (Desktop may use it to reply in chat), Talk Desktop can use a link from actions[0], if it exists Interceptor: https://github.com/nextcloud/talk-desktop/blob/a5dc3f623af0c0bc35de9fca19bc084addef579d/src/talk/renderer/notifications/notifications.store.js#L187

Currently not actual anymore. The only actions are available from the callbox popup.
