Hovering a markdown link with the mouse should give an indication which page will be opened

if the markdown description of the link is only clickbait news, I don't want to open the link. if it's a trustful source like mastodon (😁 ) I might want to read along.
On the browsers they take care of showing the target in the bottom left, but in the desktop client we have to show a tooltip
Alternative solution proposal:
- Handle all external links
- Open a confirmation dialog before opening a web-page in a web-browser to ask if a user wants to open this page
- hover-tooltip for external links sound good
- confirmation dialog sounds quite impacting, so would prefer something else
Would be great if we can reuse the solution for Notes:
