Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. After switching from Talk in a browser window I was surprised by users being confused by missing other apps icons on top, like Deck, Tables and Passwords.
Describe the solution you'd like Add buttons with all installed apps in the top bar, open them in a web browser when clicked, like it's done in Desktop Client application.
Additional context I realize this is redundant, but please don't underestimate people's laziness.
A visual representation of the idea.
API would be available:
I don't think we should copy web page navigation in the title bar. This makes it look like a web page and adds an expectation that a user can open other apps in Talk Desktop which is not available.
Files desktop client has a small list as well:

That is if all users can clearly tell the difference between an app and a browser window. So far, typical feedback for me has been like: I want to open [app name], but it's just not there. Then I proceed back to pinning Chrome window to the taskbar.
Some indication would manage the expectation. But generally people can just remember what happens after the first time they've clicked something, I think.
Some usability field-testing would help.
