Hi,

There is a rendering issue when writing Arabic mixed with English (RTL + LTR) in the Windows Talk app — for example, in messages like "مرحبا Hello", the text appears jumbled or misaligned.

This issue was previously fixed in the web version of Talk (see: https://github.com/nextcloud/spreed/pull/10687), but it still exists in the Windows app.

Please consider applying the same fix to the desktop client.

Thanks!

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open the Windows Talk app
  2. Write a message mixing Arabic and English, such as:
    مرحبا Hello، كيف حالك today؟
  3. Send the message

Expected behaviour

The message should retain correct direction and word order after being sent — just like in the input field and the web version.

Actual behaviour

After sending, the message appears misaligned or with mixed-up word order, even though it looked fine while typing.
