Clicking on notification in Win11 Notification Center doesn't open Talk app

Tested with latest v1.2.3, different builds under Windows 11 24H2.

When there is an incoming notification, clicking on the popup notification opens up Talk →fine.

When the popup notification is missed, Windows places it into the Notification Center. Clicking on it makes the notification disappear, but Talk isn't opened. The next time you open Notification Center, the notification reappears.

Expected behaviour

Talk opens with the chat relating to the notification selected (i.e. same behaviour as when popup notification is clicked on).

Actual behaviour

Notification disappears but reappears when Notification Center opens again.
