Hi Support,

It is possible to send voice messages from the Android app on a mobile phone, but they cannot be played back. This issue has been occurring for a very long time at least one year and has never been fixed. When can we expect a fix?

This may be a device issue. Can you please post the diagnosis report from android talk?
