Login fields in webbrowser not shown for login v2

Not sure how this happens. The only solution was to reinstall the browser (clear cache and data of the browser did not help). It's the second time this happened to me (i think both times on sermo)

i remember i sometimes had this problem on desktop webbrowser too (at least on firefox, not sure if it's browser dependend)! But there, clearing the cache solved it..
