caption lost when uploading a photo

Hey team, is there a known bug with lost captions when uploading a photo on Android? It's an intermittent issue, but very annoying when I type up caption text but only image will be uploaded. I have to retype it.

@mahibi @rapterjet2004 - were you able to reproduce this issue? I failed to reproduce this issue on latest master.

As Viktor wrote it's an intermittent issue so it's best to analyze the code where it could happen, even if you are not able to reproduce. Just tested one time now and no, i could not reproduce.
