Vivo V40 no notifications

Steps to reproduce

All setup correctly incl battery optimisation and all permissions granted. Still no notification shows up.

i also run into this issue on samsung galaxy tab, when i log out and back in then it seems to work again

using occ notifications:test-push

i seem to get this response when it doesn't work:

when it does work i get:

yes i'm using oauth via authentik with nextcloud
