Timer of self deleted messages disappeared

Steps to reproduce

I configured talk on my server and found that option to set timer to delete messages in chat works from android application. But on the next day this option doesn't find in adroid app. But at the same time i can set timer on the web version in browser. So it is very bad to start new conversation and open broser to set timer.

Expected behaviour

I expect that i can set timer to messages in application android

Actual behaviour

In android app this function hidden and don't now how to find it. This problem is on all mobile android devices

Did you test this for the same conversation with the same user for android talk app and web? Asking because users need to have moderator permissions to see this option.
