Allow per-conversation notification sounds

I'm very much looking forward to this feature. I connect to multiple servers for both work and personal use and would love to be able to tell which notifications I'm getting or toggle mute for an entire server (perhaps even on a set schedule).

From my side it makes sense to postpone this feature until a new database scheme is in place which could store all infos for a conversation.
