Stop the chat from refreshing on orientation change

See PR video, chat reloading on orientation change makes for bad UX.

Note: the waveform SeekBar is recalculated based off the screen size on runtime. Perhaps instead of calculating the waveform multiple times, both orientations can be calculated at the same time on bind.
