talk-android Add a placeholder/progress bar for uploading pics/files

Sometimes the user Don't know if the photo was sucessful because the app gives no response especially on slow connections

@Smarshal21 Thanks a lot for taking care! This is a really important feature for usability. Does your pull also consider issues during upload (e.g. retry/resume upload if it failed)?
