Fresco blocks increase of `minSdkVersion`

If the minSdkVersion is increased to 23 the forked Fresco produces bugs like

  • freezing the UI
  • not loading Avatars

It's not sure that this is caused by our forked Fresco or Fresco in general.

Before the minSdkVersion can be increased Fresco must be removed. A possible solution is described in
