push-notification curl error

the output of the command sudo -u www-data php /var/www/nextcloud/occ notification:test-puh --talk username gives the following error: could not send notification to push server [GuzzleHttp\Exeption\RequestExeption] : cURL errot 49: couldn't parse CURLOPT_RESOLVE entry 'push-notifications.nextcloud.com:80' ! nextcloud latest version is installed on local server
