Long conversations don't load new messages automatically

Steps to reproduce

1. Install nextcloud + talk
2. Activate it on 2 accounts on android
3. chat with each other with 20-30 mins break between messages
4. keep app open
5. it sometimes does not load automatically new messages

Expected behaviour

As soon as message arrives, push message or new message in chat

Actual behaviour

sometimes no push and sometimes message arrive much later or manual reload of the chat is required. PS: The problem is only within the apps. The web version works.

I have the same issue, for me this started after a recent update to the current version of the android app. Installed from Play store due to gcm push.

Android 11 one plus variant Nextcloud server 24.0 Talk on server 14.0.1 Android app 14.0.2 No turn, no stun.
