Not ringing when someone calls
Not ringing when someone calls. It was a hit or miss for a long time, sometimes it rang someitms it didn't, but since I setup the high perforamce backend for more stability it won't ring at all on android, unless I wrote to some one prior to my call.

Talk version: 13.0.0
Of course I added the Talk app on my phone to every exception you could imagine, it can use data whener it wants, it can send notifications whener it wants, it is not monitored for battery usage.

Nextcloud version: 21.0.7
Talk version: 11.3.5

Same Issue NC 14.0.1 RC1. While the app is closed. If I leave the app minimized in the background then Call notifications come, SM-G996U1. No issues with Texts if the app is closed or minimized in the back.

The ringing of the call is heard if only the application is open on both sides, and the one who is calling and the one who is receiving the call. In this case, both video and audio communication work in high quality. If the application is closed, then there is no indication that I am being called.
thanks for the detailed descriptions and sorry for the late answer. I have raised the priority for this issue so we can look at it again soon.
Just to report it, the issue still persisting and yeah sometimes I don't even receive notifications. Since then I upgraded the NC server to 24. It's still persisting with the S21 Ultra, with a Galaxy A70.
@andyxheli @ilsawa a quick solution for it, to send a message prior to call. I read this somewhere ages ago, but it works, if you send a message before you call it, will likely ring at the other end.
Since I updated too v15.0.1 androind app I'm not getting call notifications but I am getting text notifications.
@andyxheli since you stated that call notifications fail while chat notifications work, i could imagine that my pull request https://github.com/nextcloud/talk-android/pull/2415 MIGHT fix this (if it was a problem on android side at all), because there i switched the technique that call notifications are shown just like chat notifications. can you give a try to the nighly build and let me know if it improves or not?

UPDATE: issue still exists in NC 16.0.
RedMi 12Pro 5G (with all the permission given to NC Talk) When the phone screen is off, sometimes there is no ring or notification pop up at all for both Call & Message. The issue is gone once phone screen is on.
Looks like the NC hasn't be able to wake up the device?
Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra phone. In the current version 17.02 of the mobile application, the call (namely the sound) does not work when an incoming call is made if the phone is locked and the screen is turned off. At the same time, the incoming call screen appears, that is, the screen turns on, but you won't see it without sound if the phone is in your pocket. All permissions are given to the application, including to work with notifications in standby mode. Obviously there is an error in the implementation of notifications on specific phone models.
