Settings/Sound/Notifications has no effect, random sound is played when push notification arrives

Steps to reproduce

1. Choose some sound from Settings/Sound/Notifications list
2. Send a message.

Expected behaviour

The selected sound is played when notification arrives.

Actual behaviour

Some random sound is played.
