Can not rejoin call after switching network

Steps to reproduce

  1. Join the call with wifi
  2. Kill wifi on the phone
  3. Try to rejoin the call with mobile connection

Expected behaviour

Calls works

Actual behaviour

Can not rejoin

And the other way around, be on cellular and then connect to a wifi with internet connection.

Is this somehow related to https://github.com/nextcloud/talk-android/issues/1712? Is it possible to rejoin the call, if the app was stopped/killed after switching the network?

In relation to #2368 I tested this today with 15.0.0 RC2 and it looks like it's working. It's need some seconds, but a rejoin is don.

Can someone confirm this so that we can be sure it wasn't something random that happened to me?
