In a call it should be possible to share the android screen to other participants

  • [ ] toggle streams
  • [ ] continue to record screen when app is in background (otherwise this feature is useless)
    • issue to support calls in background: https://github.com/nextcloud/talk-android/issues/957

I would really be happy if this feature would not be set to ice. Goto Webinar, Goto Meeting, Teams,... many more already support screenshare. I wanna use my phone for presentations in Samsung Dex and with this feature I could replace my presentation pc.

I did not have a closer look since the dirty proof of concept PR https://github.com/nextcloud/talk-android/pull/1562 back then. Also looping in @danxuliu if there is anything from your side or just to be aware that there will be webRTC code touched.
