Applications: Frontend - Allow to change order of the context resources

Follow up to https://github.com/nextcloud/tables/pull/844

the backend already supports setting a custom order for the resources of a context, so the frontend should allow reordering them.

UI wise this is something we already have in the edit view dialog:
