Add plus and minus buttons for counter

For quickly changing a value it would be nice to have plus and minus button.

Describe the solution you'd like

Either as an option for the existing counter type or a new field type. There should be specific values for incrementing and decrementing that also respect the min and max value.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Changing the number with the keyboard.

This will need some clarification on how this should be integrated UI wise and if always using a +1 or -1 is suitable enough or if that needs to be more advanced.

Where exactly do we want to add this counter?

@datenangebot and I were also a bit undecided about that. I think the use case is quite limited to numeric fields that are only used as a counter, so I'm not sure this is something we'd generally want to have?

We have something like that for the stars and I could imagine that we want to add that also for the progress column type. Maybe with a > symbol for +1 and a >> for +10 or so.

If we want to add that also for the number column type, we should think about a general "form options" section. So a section where we offer options to control the form part. I would say this is a good topic to put that on the roadmap. 🤷🏻‍♂️
