Conditional formatting

Lets allow to define some rules that formats rows/cells or columns:

  • background color
  • border and shadow effects

The rules have different triggers like threshold values, text operations (contains, begins with, ...)...

This would be really helpful, especially background color for cells to see visual statuses - for example.
