Send email notifications to invited guests

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Unfortunately, you need a user account to get notified when something happens in a Talk converstation.
Describe the solution you'd like It would be very helpful, if guests, that were invited to a converstation via their email address, get email notifications about the conversation.
Included in the notification email should be three guest-specific links to:
- disable all notifications
- enable all notifications
- get notifications only when mentioned
Additional context This would open whole new use cases like running a newsletter, ticker or email list via Talk! Businesses asked us about this feature to keep their clients up to date easily about a project without creating Nextcloud accounts for them.
