We should extend the device checker to also:
- [ ] Allow recording audio and playing it (echo service)
- [ ] Have a quick band-width and connection test to the HPB and or turn?

cc @fancycode @danxuliu do you think it makes more sense to check the connection/band width with the turn, janus or hpb? or multiple
The connection/bandwidth test should be done against whatever the participant will use during the call. If a participant can directly connect to the HPB I would not test against the TURN server (even if they can access it), and if a participant must connect through the TURN server then there would be no point trying to directly connect to the HPB for the test because it would fail and give a wrong result.
Yeah, it makes sense to test the bandwidth of the connection that will be used in the call later (e.g. directly with the HPB or through TURN).
