Manage local account @account instead of @[email protected]

We need to find a clean way of managing local account without the host of the local instance on the UI.

What do you exactly mean? That would be done in Settings → Personal info, no?

Additional fields like Biography or header image would be added there, because they are also useful for other apps like Contacts (when we federate at some point) or Sharing. There is almost (I guess) no need for Settings which only apply to Social.

Agreed. Multiple settings areas would just get way too confusing.
