Default blocklist of specific servers

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. There are a bunch of servers which are known for spam, inappropriate/illegal content, hate speech, harassment, botnets, and the like. It would make sense to block connections with these, like e.g. mastodon.social and chaos.social do.

Describe the solution you'd like We could simply bake in the blocklist which mastodon.social uses: https://mastodon.social/about → Moderated servers. Chaos.social also has a blocklist, visible at https://meta.chaos.social/federation → Blocked instances.

Being able to upload a CSV file, such as the one dynamically generated by https://thebad.space, or even hooking to its API would make moderation orders of magnitude easier.
