Settings page

We need to have a settings page for the app:

• The page is within the Settings & Preferences part of Nextcloud.
• The page should also be open from a link from the app, could be available when user clicks on his own account in a submenu.
• Basic settings (non-exhaustive) that must be configuration from the page:
  • Link to personal settings to change avatar and name
    • Think about adding short biography field to the personal settings in core
    • Same for "header image"
  • Lock follows / private account
  • List of following request with validation/ignore link
• More options should be implemented later.
