[Bug]: Note to recipient - checkbox cleared after sending

Bug description

Note to target recipient is used to provide info related to shared content. This is dedicated to the reciving party. https://github.com/nextcloud/server/issues/13874#issuecomment-2139857499

Check box is enabled and text is entered.

Revisiting this link to e.g. to update the checkbox is cleared although the text is still there.

Suggest to keep checkbox eanble to see current text which is being shared.

Steps to reproduce

1. share by link and select text to recepient
2. revisit the share and discover that check box has been cleared

Expected behavior

checkbox to show last note sent to recipient
