[Bug]: Restoring a deleted directory on external storage fails
⚠️ This issue respects the following points: ⚠️
- [X] This is a bug, not a question or a configuration/webserver/proxy issue.
- [X] This issue is not already reported on Github OR Nextcloud Community Forum (I've searched it).

- [X] I agree to follow Nextcloud's Code of Conduct.
Bug description
I accidentally deleted a directory of ~100GB on an external storage. I found the directory in the bin and restored it. A message said that the operation was successful. However, the directory was not restored.
Steps to reproduce
- Delete a directory stored on an external storage.
- Restore it from the bin.
- Look for the directory in its original path - its missing. Desktop client shows "user deleted directory x", but nothing about restoring it. The directory is no longer in the bin.
Expected behavior
The directory should now be restored and accessible in the original path. The desktop clients should show that a user deleted and restored a directory.
